Q..do you have a minimum order?
A..We do have a minimum order of just £75 + Delivery until January 5th 2020 where it will go upto £100 + delivery.

Q..Are your products Vegan friendly?
A..Yes, all of our products are suitable for Vegans. We do not use any animal derived ingredients or ingredients that have been tested on animals in any of our products. We make sure any other products we stock also stand by this.

Q..Do you ship outside the UK.
A..We do not ship outside the UK at this moment.

Q..Are any of your products tested on animals?
A..We are strictly against animal testing. We do not use any animal derived ingredients or ingredients tested on animals. We make sure any other products we stock also stand by this.

Q..Is your packaging recyclable?
A..All of our Packaging is recyclable
All of our plastic whipped soap tubs are made from PET along with our black pouches we supply some of our wax melts in. Our single are melts are supplied in polypropylene bags. All snap bars are supplied in polypropylene bags inside kraft boxes. These are easily recycled through normal household recycling. We also try to reuse any packaging we receive, by using it to package your orders, these include things like postal boxes, packing peanuts

Q..Do you supply your products unlabelled?
A..All our products have the option of labelled or unlabelled, so you have the option to label yourself, all ingredients are listed on the site. We do however always include a CLP label for our wax melts( we remove our branding and state “handmade in the UK for (your business name) by (our details) but you still have the option to add your own main label/logo branding to them. We do not have this option on our single melts as we only apply a CLP to those for our customers. You’re more than welcome to still add your own branding label / logo to these. You will be required to add your own labels to any products purchased from the ‘extras’ section unless stated otherwise.

Q..What do I need to display when selling your products Soaps?
A..By law you need to state at point of sale, Full Ingredients list, weight and a price. This means visible with the product on your selling site or attached to the product. All products must also have attached to it a batch code, this will be sent with your order. Batch codes are important for making a product traceable if there was a problem with the product. This number can help trace back to specific batch ingredients so we can notify a supplier and any investigations can be carried out. If you choose to have your products labelled, they will all come with batch numbers attached to each individual product

Q..Are you insured & certified to make & sell your products?
A..Yes. We hold all relevant CPSR’s for our products and are fully CLP compliant. We have all the relevant insurance needed to sell products in the UK.

Q..Some of my order is damaged, what should I do?
A..Please carefully check everything in your order when you receive it. If your order is received damaged we would ask that you contact us at info@heavenlybathtime.co.uk all claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made via email within 48 hours of receipt of your products for us to consider you claim. We would require photographic evidence of the damaged products in the packaging they arrived in for our files to make a claim with our couriers. We will issue immediate action to reproduce, credit or refund your order at no extra cost to you.
Please be aware that any claim submitted more than 48 hours after you have received your delivery cannot be considered.
